Stock Executive Search Hiring for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO VP at New York, New York Full Time

  • Providing administrative assistance, such drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
  • Stay in touch with important contacts
  • Performing minor accounting duties
  • Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner

Must be strong on Excel

Salary to 80K with full benefits
