 We are currently seeking an assistant store manager with a strong background in luxury fashion and fine jewelry to join our Palm Beach Fl team.

Candidates must have strong sales abilities, customer relation skills, be knowledgeable in POS systems, have a background in fashion, sales and merchandising and have a proven sales record in luxury goods.

This is a full time position- Please do not apply for this position if you do not live within commuting distance of the Palm Beach boutique.

Responsibilities

• Empower and assist with training sales team.
• Strong customer liaison and networking abilities.
• Assist with scheduling and event planning.
• Maintain floor and make sure store is merchandise and presented to brand standard.
• Coordinate with manager and ownership on projections to set sales goals.
• Style customers and maintain customer connections.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to multi task
• Foster client loyalty and expand our brand presence

Qualifications

• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience
• Strong organizational and managerial skills
• Must be up beat, positive and outgoing
• Fine jewelry experience
• A proven sales record
• Luxury goods sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
