The Moore Center Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at Manchester, NH Full Time

We’re seeking a full-time dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide support to our clients.

The Moore Center supports people with developmental disabilities and Acquired Brain Disorders in the Greater Manchester area. Our staff of trained and energetic DSPs work with our clients in various programs and locations, including a Day Program, Residential Homes, Clinical settings, as well as in clients’ homes.

This is not a typical recruiting position in that you’ll be focused on recruiting one key element to our Agency—the dedicated staff who work with the clients we serve. In order to successfully recruit and hire our DSP staff, you’ll meet regularly with Program Directors to assess each program’s hiring needs, and write and place job postings on job boards and social media sites. You’ll also communicate with applicants, conduct phone screens, schedule in-person interviews with managers, and coordinate the onboarding process. Will also participate in local job fairs and networking events.

The ideal candidate for this entry-level recruiting role will have one year of experience in a professional environment (preferably in either Human Resources or Human Services fields). Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems required.
