About Our Client

Our client is a leading property developer and integrated services provider operating in the fund’s management arena. Due to company growth and expansion, they are looking to appoint a commercial and strategic COO with a strong finance understanding.

Job Description

Reporting directly into the CEO, this is a critical hire within the business and will be responsible for the following areas:

  • Supporting the CEO to drive operational measures and strategy across the wider group.
  • Playing a key role in positioning the company to ensure they can scale up and capitalise on the immediate pipeline of external opportunities.
  • Serve as one of the executive management members and identify and deliver strategy and actionable goals to increase company performance and growth.
  • Assist with KPI and organisational goal setting, operational excellence, and annual planning.
  • Provide leadership and commercial oversight across finance, technology, HR, Real Estate, Investments, Joint Ventures, Legal and Funds Management.
  • Ad hoc project work as directed by the CEO

The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you will be degree qualified and have come from an accounting and finance background at an executive level. You will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience ideally working within the property sector (specifically across funds management, development and or real estate). To ensure your success in this role you will have a strong grasp of supporting operational excellence and be proficient across budget management, IT systems, HR, legal, Marketing aswell as strategic planning and overall project management. In addition to this you will be a strong communicator and be a driven outcome focused individual who enjoys driving change and best practice at an operational level.
