They are looking for a tech savvy Sr. Technical Support Engineer who is a natural problem solver with any coding experience so you can provide fantastic support. You don’t need to be a former developer for this role. You need to be comfortable with how software languages work, the software development life cycle, and speaking with developers.
This is an exciting job opportunity as you will join company working on cutting edge technology at exciting time and you will be their first support person in EMEA. They are paying up to £75,000 base salary + benefits & you can work always from home.
