MOUR EXPRESS LTD Hiring for Dispatcher/Customer Service at Milton, ON Full Time

MOUR EXPRESS LTD is a transport company located in Milton,ON. We are looking for an experienced dispatcher for our flatbed trucking company.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

-reaching out to customers to book loads

-use LoadLink to look for loads

-monitoring loads/drivers

-answering all telephone inquiries from customers/truck drivers

-reply to all emails from customers, update customers on their loads

-must be able to work under pressure

-should be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

-1 year of dispatch experience

-invoicing experience is an asset

1 years customer service experience, Dispatching.

Experience with Avaal and Border Connect software an asset.

Experience with border crossing procedures ACE/ACI an asset.

Experience with Load Link.

Must have own transportation.

Pay rate $ 15-$20/hour
