We are looking for a HR Officer to fill a vacancy within the HR Operations Service who support the organisation with the end to end process of recruiting new staff and processing DBS checks. The Service is a high paced environment, you will be proactive, up for a challenge and willing to go the extra mile to ensure the delivery of tasks and deadlines are met.
This is an exciting opportunity to help review and drive forward different ways of working to improve the customer experience of recruitment and compliance matters. We are looking for highly motivated individuals to help us to support our customers to get the best out of the systems available to them.
Successful candidates will have IT skills in a range of Microsoft packages and have experience of using the SAP system. Applicants need to demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing and be able to adapt your style to suit the audience and situation. A good understanding/knowledge of recruitment and/or DBS legislation is desirable.
You will need to be conscientious in your own work with an emphasis on quality and high standards, as well as having an eye for detail when checking and reviewing documentation.
We are looking for candidates who are great team players with a collaborative approach, enthusiastic, able to work in an environment of change and are comfortable with switching focus depending on workload demands.
