We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategist to help us grow our organization! At a high-level, you will focus on the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent for Commvault. As we scale, identifying and attracting top talent across all our teams is paramount. And that is where you step in. The TA Strategist plays a key role in leading the creation of imaginative ideas, ensuring effective story telling across the digital landscape to drive talent acquisition branding and inbound candidate flow.

How you’ll make your impact:

• Use Talent Acquisition and TA Operations knowledge to make recommendations on process and system improvements; tailor recommendations based on user research, current state process assessment, feedback from global teams and external trends.
• Facilitate design and delivery of programs focused on seamless operations.
• Leverage functional Talent Acquisition expertise to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Communicate with stakeholders on key decisions, milestones and risks; ensure partnership and collaboration across multiple business functions.
• Create and maintain process documentation and partner with the Learning team to provide training to your colleagues where required.
• Provide real-time support to key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of a project, including design and implementation.
• Improve processes, drive efficiencies, and collaborate with leaders to maximize our current candidate pipeline while analyzing qualitative and quantitative recruiting and people data to drive decisions and prioritize efforts..
• Use data to drive decisions, education of stakeholders and influence.
• Manage end-to-end talent acquisition and ensure an incredible experience for everyone we interact with, positively reflecting our brand and values.
• Serve as an advisor to Senior Leaders to develop talent goals, strategies, and processes to identify the best and brightest people.
• Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies for current and future talent needs.
• Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and identification of top performers for senior-level openings.
• Identify critical markets and develop strategies to proactively drive candidate flow.
• Participate in the strategic, operational, and editorial activities of our social media presence.
• Develop strategies for digital platforms – understanding site architectures and candidate journeys to help inform and influence decisions with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with our DEI team on broader global DEI initiatives and help to create the plan to execute on our broader people activities.

What you need to be successful:

• 7 – 10 years of experience in talent, recruiting, operations, sales, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the recruiting life cycle.
• Energized by ambiguity and can create structure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience influencing/coaching a team of peers (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong presentation skills preferred.
• Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment.
• Strong ability to analyze, organize, prioritize and execute diverse sets of projects and tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Proven experience developing innovative projects, programs & strategies within Talent Acquisition.
• Process-driven program manager with a strong analytical background.
• Excited by change and driving innovation in the areas of recruiting, operations, technology, and analytics.
