Kelsian Group Limited employs over 9,000 employees across Australia, Singapore and the United Kingdom. We are now looking for a Talent and Diversity Manager to join our team

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager People and Culture, the Talent and Diversity Manager is responsible for driving improvements in candidate attraction and workforce diversity across the Kelsian Group in Australia.

You will be joining a newly formed centralised P&C team initially focused on building the group foundational processes and implementing strategic initiatives for the Kelsian Group.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Design, implement and continuously improve Kelsian Group candidate attraction strategies
• Oversee and co-ordinate the deliverables of the Kelsian diversity and inclusion strategy
• Functional support and implementation of the Kelsian RAP
• Support and enable business leaders and P&C Managers with effective recruitment practices

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition roles
• Demonstrated experience in implementing diverse candidate attraction strategies
• Experience with organisational diversity and inclusion strategies
• Strong implementation and influencing skills
• Experience in change management
• Exceptional organizational skills, and able to prioritize across conflicting demands and manage multiple stakeholders
• Preferably a human resource management or business-related degree
