CleanCraft is looking for a Director of Accounting and Finance who has the skills and knowledge to play a vital role in the upbringing of the office atmosphere and be a model of our company’s cultural values. The duties below will be the outline but not limited to the position profile;

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting and financial responsibilities for two companies.

• Responsible for ensuring systems of internal controls are in place to safeguard the organization’s assets.

• Oversee AR, AP & Payroll.

• Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.

• Ensure that the billing and collection schedule is adhered to, and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational Requirements.

• Develop with the support of the COO annual company and divisional fiscal budgets supporting the company strategic business plan.

• Control budgets for all responsible departments and implement necessary actions to meet or beat all budgets.

• Exercise effective management & expense control measures.

• Implement and update all necessary accounting practices; improve the accounting departments overall policy and procedure manual.

• Ensure adequate assessment and mitigation of risk as well as compliance with applicable regulatory or other legal requirements.

• Liaison to Key Insurance Carriers.

• Use WinTeam and Microsoft Office applications to effectively develop and complete accounting processes and procedures.

Educational and Experience and other Requirements:

• BS financial degree and similar work experience preferred.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting and finance.

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role supervising small to medium size teams and developing growth and revenue targets.

• Experience in the business services industry preferred.

• Advance accounting and productivity software knowledge.

• High adaptability to changes and growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 – $115,000.00 per year
