We are looking for a People Person Rockstar to join our growing team!

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations, the Customer Service Coordinator is a key role that organizes, schedules, and assigns service calls to help assist our service technicians with meeting and exceeding productivity and response time expectations.

Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers by phone and email

Interfacing with customers, salespeople, technicians, and others as necessary via phone or email for all service needs

Providing customers with an ETA for their service call

Creating service schedules, assign calls to technicians, and ensure routes are completed

Qualifications:
1 + years of customer experience in a fast past environment (retail, restaurant, new graduate etc. great!)

Excellent communication with customers that help and promotes resolutions
