Lancaster University Hiring for Recruitment & Contracts at Lancaster Full Time
This is an exciting opportunity to join, lead and develop the Recruitment and Contracts team, a role which is pivotal to the successful delivery of the highest levels of quality and customer service for our Faculties and Departments, supporting them to attract and retain the very best staff from around the world as we seek to fulfil our University strategy and People and Culture plan.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide direction and guidance in relation to all recruitment and contract related activities including; advert placements, UKVI and right to work compliance, data accuracy and ensuring the operational delivery of key University strategies. Your key focus will be supporting and developing the team to ensure that all aspects of the employee journey is compliant as well as supportive and engaging.
The role provides autonomy, allowing and encouraging you to be responsible for the continuous improvement of recruitment and contract related processes, working with colleagues within People & Organisational Effectiveness and across the wider University to ensure enhancements are delivered effectively.
Experience of leading a team and working within a People/Human Resources department is essential, with additional support and training also being provided.
