Bear Aware, LLC Hiring for Bear Aware Old Faithful Operations Manager at Jackson, Wyoming Full Time

Help us open our new Bear Spray Rental location at Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park! Job starts in April and park operations will begin in late May or opportunity to start before the spring if willing to work remote or happen to live in Jackson, WY. 

Qualifications:

• Computer skills required 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that allow you to build and improve relationships and effectively communicate with the rest of the Bear Aware team.

• Creative thinking, with the ability to take on new challenges and opportunities

• Self motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver timely results

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• ​​Desire to keep learning and growing with Bear Aware

• Passion for the outdoors and for our mission of reducing bear conflicts with humans

Responsibilities:

• Quality control at Old Faithful

• Help recruit and train team members 

• Manage shift scheduling for YNP Bear Aware employees

• Communicate with Jackson based management team about projects and operations

• Lead by example when educating guests about bear spray use and best practices in bear country
