The opportunity: *
Attracting and hiring great talent is something that we’re incredibly passionate about at Snowplow, and we’re having to do it on a bigger scale than ever before (exciting!). To help us reach our ambitious growth plans in 2022 and beyond, we are now looking for an additional Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent team and help to build out our technical teams at Snowplow.

We are a global company and now operate out of 6 continents meaning our hiring strategy has to be highly inclusive, flexible and informed. As a Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll be tasked with finding brilliant global talent across our multiple Engineering functions, as well as our Support Engineering and Product teams, and helping hiring managers to design interview processes that are both efficient and unique.

Through a mixture of outbounding, carefully crafted job descriptions, networking, referrals and brand awareness – you’ll be key in ensuring that our technical teams are able to deliver their goals by helping to build out high performing, highly committed teams.

What you’ll be doing: *

• Seek and you shall find. You’ll be tasked with sourcing candidates and building pipeline through professional networks, such as LinkedIn & Slack networks
• Crafty comms. Our content, in particular our job descriptions, are a window into the team and the opportunity – they need to have the right tone and be consistently creative across all commercial roles
• The devil’s in the details. Work with our Talent Acquisition Analyst and hiring managers to understand role requirements and key skills
• Talk for England? You can talk for the world. You love speaking to people, you know how to interview with flair and you possess high EQ
• It takes a village. Generate referrals from our current team members and external network
• Diversity is beautiful. You have a keen eye for any unconscious bias and are proactive about finding ways to increase diversity within our candidate funnel
• We think we’re pretty cool, let’s tell the world! Help to promote our employer brand by coming up with authentic talent content that is true to Snowplow’s values & culture
• Marie Kondo’s got nothing on you. Keep things highly organised in our ATS and on LinkedIn to ensure that all of our decisions are based on accurate data & information

What you bring to the team: *

• Sourcing is your thing. You have some experience (either agency or in-house) sourcing candidates using a variety of techniques, e.g. LinkedIn, job boards, social channels and Boolean search strings
• Generic is boring. You have a keen eye for detail and content, and you love to craft comms that is personal, on brand and FUN
• Spinning plates? You got this. You’re able to prioritise your workload and work in a fast paced, high growth environment.
• You’re no stranger to an ATS. You are familiar with using an ATS and tracking a candidate journey
• Work smart, not just hard. You use data to make informed decisions and you feed that data back to the team
