Position Purpose
This role will be responsible for guiding a small team, dedicated to the management of the
end-to-end recruitment activity. This role will work closely with relevant stakeholders whilst
contributing to the resourcing needs and long-term goals of Murdoch University.
Following implementation of Workday and supported by our People Strategy, the role will be
responsible for the provision of innovative and practical talent acquisition solutions across the
University. In consultation with end users this role will design, develop, deliver and
continuously improve the resourcing and workforce requirements including policies,
procedures, forms and tools to support managers and employees across the business.

process focusing their efforts on strategic and operational programs and services that

Selection Criteria
Essential
Education/Qualifications
Postgraduate qualification/s in HR or other relevant discipline and extensive relevant
experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
Knowledge and Skills

Work Requirements
1. The occupant of this position will be required to undertake a criminal record check in
accordance with the University’s Employee Background Checks Procedure.
2. Ability to work outside of normal office hours when required.
