JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of HR, the Human Resources Manager is part of a team of professionals supporting the IT Security function, comprised of approximately 900 employees. This role will assist in supporting and implementing effective strategies to achieve organizational objectives. The manager combines HR mastery and industry knowledge to appropriately evaluate and resolve HR issues within a fast paced and changing business environment.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide full cycle HRBP support to IT Security groups, focused on people-initiatives that drive successful achievement of business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
