Responsibilities:
Manage the full life cycle recruiting process; This includes proactively sourcing, screening, interviewing, and partnering with hiring managers throughout the selection process
Apply detailed understanding of the company’s organizational structure as well as the ability to learn company policies and procedures and existing knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Source and attract top talent and deliver professional recruitment processes to ensure effective and efficient hiring.
Work strategically to identify and capitalize on alternative avenues to generate a quality pool of candidates;
Utilize the Applicant Tracking System to edit job postings, review and manage applicants
Assist HR team with the onboarding process, including creating and distributing offer letters, facilitating reference checks, and initiating background checks.
Assist with scheduling vendor meetings and engagements
Support Field Operational and HR leaders with sponsoring jobs, hiring events, and recruitment projects
Complete various scheduled and ad hoc talent acquisition reports.
Recommend best recruitment strategies and evaluate solutions to make our recruitment processes more efficient.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources or related field preferred;
2-3 years experience in HR or Recruiting;
Excellent communication, analytical and follow-up skills;
Strong multi-tasking ability within a fast-paced environment;
Proficient skills using MS Office applications, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word;
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Newton and Paycor experience is preferred, but not required)
Strong attention to detail.
