About the Role:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a Business Analyst to join us on a fixed term 6 month contract based in our Glen Waverley , Melbourne office with a hybrid working arrangement.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our Fundraising team to provide current/future business analysis, business case documentation, business systems requirements as well as developing business rules, procedures and standards documents and analysis for project decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency of existing business and data processes
• Gather, interpret, and translate business needs with a solutions focus
• Assist in the investigation of solutions and provide details allowing the scoping and planning of projects/initiatives
• Conduct Gap Analysis on systems and functions
• Analyse and consolidate information to develop business rules
• Provide recommendations on potential enhancements
• Identify, manage, and escalate business analysis related risks and issues, ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies

About you:

• Bachelors level degree in business, IT or related discipline
• Considerable experience working as a Business Analyst in a project related and customer interfacing role
• Solid experience in a range of software including Excel (Advanced), Visio and various Project-related tools
• Experience preferred in CRMs especially Blackbaud
