The Senior Technical Specialist role supports projects by ensuring the technical deliverables are completed successfully within agreed performance criteria to enable enhanced health service delivery. This project will establish capabilities for the management of privileged ICT access across the organisation.

To achieve this you will:

• Promote and utilise best practice standards, methods and tools
• Ensure consistency with agreed enterprise and solution architectures
• Conduct installation and configuration of software, hardware and/or equipment
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant technical specialties
• Support the development, publication, implementation and compliance of project deliverables
• Conduct complex IM/ICT change management procedures utilising best practice frameworks
• Actively collaborate within a team of specialist technical resources to drive best outcomes in the delivery of complex technical solutions

Are you right for this role?To be successful in this role you will need a high level of understanding in Enterprise Solutions Domains as well as a demonstrated ability in designing, configuring and documenting enterprise systems within best practice IM/ICT design and delivery frameworks. Your experience should include expertise in:

• Cloud and Federated Identity & Access Management
• Privilege Access Management;
• Security and encryption

We are also seeking candidates with analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills with experience in the assessment and evaluation of technical requirements as well as excellent communication, liaison and negotiation skills and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
