Essential Functions:
Talent:
Works with Corporate Recruiter to identify and hire the best talent; helps to motivate camp staff.
Supports staff orientation and on-going training.
Networks within the community to recruit new families; follows-up with potentials; committed to reaching enrollment goals.
Promotes teamwork and enthusiasm; fosters commitment to Celebree mission, vision, and values.
Documents effectively; consistent use of company tools/processes.
Brand:
Greets family members and camp staff by name; presents a positive and professional image.
Ensures staff presents a professional image and upholds dress code.
Ensures exceptional customer service experiences, e.g. thorough, friendly tours; welcoming environment; accessible for parents, phone calls, etc.; concerns addressed in a timely manner.
Ensures camp is consistently clean, neat and organized and meets visual execution standards; recommends repair work as needed.
Operations:
Ensures compliance with all federal and state laws, OCC regulations, and HotSpots standards, policies and procedures.
Opens or closes camp on a daily basis.
Creates or review staff schedules; maintains accurate and complete employee and child files.
Completes all required paperwork and recordkeeping on a timely basis.
Ensures camp financials are up-to-date, accurate and organized.
Demonstrates accountability and initiative; identifies opportunities/goals for the camp. Understands payroll and budget control and remains within target; achieves enrollment goals.
Seeks professional development opportunities; stays current on new practices in the child care and education industry.
Maintains certification requirements and ongoing continuing education requirements of Celebree and the State
Education/Experience:
High School diploma required; some college desirable.
School Age Director Qualified
Business and/or accounting field desirable.
Experience in an education field desirable.
Specific Skills:
Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office.
Very strong customer service skills.
Knowledge of OCC licensing requirements helpful
