Purpose of your role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, be a brand and culture ambassador, providing high-quality communication to create a great candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the entire hiring and onboarding process. Build, maintain and manage relationships within and across the organisation, gaining support for and influencing key internal stakeholders in their approach to hiring.

What you do

• Provide timely end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles across APAC and other international markets as needed. Mainly supporting Technology, Product & Marketing, Finance business groups and other business groups as needed.
• Interview and assess candidates across a variety of business functions and levels, working closely with hiring managers
• Responsible for overall management and delivery of candidate “touch points”, not limited to creating job briefs, advertising, phone screening and interviews, through to job offer and acceptance of the successful candidate
• Provide support and guidance on recruitment process to Hiring Managers and People and Culture Business Partners
• Support with global market mapping, strategic sourcing and talent pipelining
• Utilise a variety of tools to attract the best talent including traditional and social channels.
• Establish strong relationships within the business and with external agencies if necessary
• Track and report all recruiting activities to ensure accurate metrics and reporting for the business
• Support the People & Culture team to ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for all incoming candidates
• Involvement in project work as required.
• Positively represent OFX in all business activities.

What you bring

Qualifications

• University degree or higher

Knowledge, skills, experience

• A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably related to professional services or financial services. Strong track record of placing top talent aligned with business goals and values.
• Ideally previous experience working in an in-house talent acquisition role or transferrable experience from a Recruitment Process Outsourcing or agency environment
• Managing end to end recruitment process from advertising to offer
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills – capable of dealing with all levels of an organisation
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM candidate database tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team player, with a willingness and flexibility to support others in peak periods
• Pragmatic and the ability to think laterally
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage deadlines
• Curiosity, tenacity, and determination to get the job done, the right way
• Comfortable with a fast moving organisation with constantly shifting goal posts.
