About You:
You will have experience leading a team in the TA space and not be afraid of getting hands on in the work as required – but you won’t be alone, we all chip in to help each other here!

Ideally you’ll have a head for data and reporting and an ability to work across multiple systems, including training the team on new tech and processes. Combine that with your ability to manage relationships at all levels of the business, share market trends and data with hiring managers and your sense of urgency in achieving positive recruitment outcomes and you’re all set!

The role:
We’re looking for an outside-the-box thinker. A team player. A passionate, people-orientated team member. Someone with strong communication skills and an ability to present data in a meaningful way..

As one of two TA Leads, you will report to the TA Manager and be a part of the broader People & Culture team. With a team of direct reports, you will make sure that we deliver what we promise to our clients. You and your team will support the recruitment across multiple accounts and you will need to make sure that work is allocated to best support the business and the team.

To be successful in this environment, you must be resilient, proactive, and be able to maintain quality while under pressure.
