We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR & Recruitment Officer who wants to help us make a difference to our service and the clients we support.
As a HR & Recruitment Officer you will be reporting into the HR Manager and your role will involve HR Generalist and Recruitment activities, supporting approximately 120 employees.
The HR side of the role will support the HR Manager with a range of duties including employee relations, providing advice on HR policies and procedures, assisting with HR projects, and generally contributing to the day-to-day HR activities. Recruitment will be a big focus of the role and will be the end-to-end process covering all activities from attraction, sourcing and selection. Ideally you will have:

Level 3 Foundation Certificate in HR Practice or equivalent or studying towards Level 5.
Substantial experience of working within a generalist HR environment and have up-to date knowledge of current employment legislation.
Excellent communicating and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to show sensitivity and tact in dealing with confidential matters.
Strong organisational skills are important as well as excellent attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and see work through to full implementation.
Excellent IT skills e.g., Word, Excel, database experience
