There are currently 3 open positions for experienced Loan Officers. FL NMLS and minimum 1 year experience is mandatory or proof of performance.

This is a commission only position, with the highest paid compensation split in the industry. We are offering an 85/15 split, 85% going to the LO for a reason. This is a senior position, ideal for someone who has an existing book of business or a motivated individual that is self generated. While we are able to provide some leads, the majority of business will be from the LO.

Mayer Capital is an exclusive mortgage brokerage based out of Sunny Isles. We are partnered with some of the biggest real estate companies and developers in Miami, creating referral and relationships. In addition, we have a network of 74+ lenders so any LO here will always have a solution for any scenario.

What to expect – Job Description

• Rates are the best on the market (wholesale rates)
• No Micromanaging – These are your clients, you have full control

• Paid every Friday
• Make up to 5% per loan

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Qualify Clients
• Collect upfront docs for submission
• Focus on network and to build relationships
• Follow up with clients and network

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,334.00 – $390,061.00 per year
