What does the role involve?
We are on the look-out for a European HR Business Partner to join our European Vendor Solutions division in Staines. This role is integral to our continued expansion into Europe, and you will work with senior leaders to understand and interpret the HR needs on a European basis and then deliver effective people solutions to support our strategies and objectives.
As the European HR Business Partner, you will use and share data analytics with the leadership team to inform, advise and guide people management decisions. You will ensure effective workforce plans are in place to support the growing needs of the business and work with stakeholders to build the business case and vision for change.

We can offer a hybrid working pattern with this role, but due to the pace of the work and the collaboration between teams, we are ideally looking for someone to be on site three days a week with the ability to work remotely for the remainder.
What are we looking for?
You will be a skilled and knowledgeable HR professional who can think both operationally and strategically. You will ideally have knowledge of European HR legislation, with experience of working within the Financial Services industry also highly desirable.
You must be able to collaborate and influence senior leaders and be able to plan, execute and deliver a ‘hands-on’ HR service in a fast paced, rapidly growing business.
