Coordinating and overseeing the workforce planning, recruitment and new entrant process, partnering with hiring managers and our RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partner to attract, assess and hire those with high performing traits.
Partnering with managers and an outsourced provider on the learning and development needs within each team to continuously build a structure to build everyone’s capability.
Supporting the performance and development needs for of all teams including ensuring roles are clearly defined, the right people are in the right roles and are appropriately trained for their position.
Enabling and optimising employee communication and performance for example, reviewing manager notes from employee 1:1s to identify performance gaps or observations, enabling managers to have same side of the table conversations with employees in 1:1s and following up with managers on setting KPIs and providing feedback in this area.
Coordinating HR risk and compliance matters for example, developing templates and letters to enable accurate documentation of events, review HR documentation such as legislation or business circumstances change and working with external parties e.g. HR consultants, Fairwork on more complex matters.
Developing an approach (alongside the CEO) to HR data and analytics for example, analysing trends around leave, performance, risk, diversity, training and remuneration and providing managers with options on how to execute findings within their teams.
Coordinating and advising best practice on the exit process e.g. advising managers in performance management meetings, providing documentation, conducting exit interviews and assisting the Operations Manager with offboarding.

You have managed a range of HR matters effectively and have a robust knowledge of legislation updates You’re confident in your capability and know when to seek external advice to ensure a matter is dealt with effectively.
