This is an exciting period of business growth for us resulting in our People team expanding! We are looking for a People Administrator to join us and provide an exceptional level of support in everyday HR duties.
You’ll rarely have two days the same and will be part of a positive team, shaping and supporting a growing organisation. You will be key in contributing to the continuous improvement of our People systems and practices, as well as dealing with queries from team members and managers across the business.
An example of some of your day-to-day tasks could include:
Prepare and distribute HR related correspondence and documents (e.g. contracts of employment, variations, salary increases etc.)
Support the onboarding and offboarding processes of team members.
Support with reference & eligibility checks for new team members and leavers, where appropriate, including right to work checks.
Keeping our electronic people system and team members records up to date in line with any changes.
Analysing information and data, preparing reports and presentations.
Support with taking minutes at meetings and producing copies in a timely manner.
Do you have what it takes?
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, or equivalent, including maths and a strong grade in English language (ideally B/5 or above).
Previous success in a HR/People administrative role.
Strong attention to detail and administration and organisational skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages i.e., Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to negotiate, influence and communicate effectively with all levels across the organisation.
A strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively, sharing ideas and thinking ‘outside of the box’
Well-motivated and driven with the ability to work independently.
Well organised with the ability to balance numerous tasks and achieve deadlines.
