Your new role

This position will see the successful candidate engaged in the position of accounts officer. This is a part time 20 hours per week opportunity, 4 hour a day, 5 day a week), In your position you will report to the accountant and provide finance administration support to the finance team, this will require high attention to detail, include coding invoices and data entry for a team that processes approximately 6000 invoices per year.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful you will have excellent attention to detail, previous experience working within a finance functions (including invoicing and cost code entry), you will be a good team member and have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge of MYOB Advanced accounting software would be advantageous but not essential. You will have high accuracy data entry skills and exceptional attention to detail. You will be an excellent team player, but also have ability to work autonomously.

You will be adaptable to a changing workplace and enjoy problem solving. To be successful you will need

• Current police check (completed within the past 6 months)
• Current WWVP employment check
