The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations within a fast-paced union and non-union food manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with operations leadership and employees to support employee relations, onboarding, investigations, policy administration, compliance, leave management, performance management, and HR programs that support operational and business objectives. Reporting to the HR Director, this position serves as a key onsite HR resource for employees and leaders while helping drive employee engagement, workforce stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization.
