About the role:
Interested in partnering with a business that values your skillset and expertise? SHAPE has a newly created role, growing the Talent Acquisition team. A SHAPE Talent Acquisition Partner will have a primary focus on fulfilling resourcing requirements. This includes partnering with managers on recruitment, selection and onboarding. In addition to this, you will work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive SHAPE’s EVP and work on some interesting projects to take recruitment to another level.
Look forward to:

• Partner with Managers and Senior Leadership Teams through every step of the recruitment process.
• Plan and conduct interview and selection procedures; screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to run the annual Graduate intake.
• Be part of the SHAPE employer brand working group and work on initiative projects and campaigns to promote different aspects of SHAPE’s employer brand.
• Manage candidate pools to ensure candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.
• Source potential candidates through online channels and networking.
• Actively work towards building a diverse team, in line with SHAPE’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Action Plan.
• Assist with ad-hoc recruitment and human resources requirements.
