As an experienced HR Business Partner in a dynamic business environment, you will be the Business Partner to the Sales organization, and lead a significant HR functional excellence program to develop an optimized HR operating platform, to enable future organic & inorganic growth. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support the HR (Human Resources) team in major change projects, supporting commercial growth in the EMEA region to ensure organizational efficiency and acquisition integrations.
About the role – you will:
Resolve complex business issues by providing a full range of creative and effective HR solutions to clients facilitating Root Cause Analysis and collaborating with Seagate’s HR Product Centers (Staffing, Leadership and Learning, Benefits, and Compensation). Translate business goals into HR activities, executing them in a timely and effective manner to several EMEA locations
Advise management on company policy & procedures and HR systems, regarding multiple geographies
Resolve employee relations issues quickly & effectively with management through a systematic approach using sound judgment and a solution-oriented approach.
Provide metrics, analysis and feedback to proactively coach managers on organizational, managerial and employee relations trends
Influence business decisions, improving business results by acting as the voice of the employee with individual Managers and Directors, analyzing HR implications of business goals and developing tactical plans
Actively contribute to regional HR process excellence by co-driving automation and optimization of many of our manual HR processes
Participate in successful delivery of global HR Programs, understanding the business climate, and representing business and employee needs to the HR Product Centers.
Support commercial growth by coordinating cross-functionally to identify business and HR risk and opportunity, translate into and deliver on HR activities

Your experience includes:
HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting a fast-paced multi-country European / EMEA organization
Fluency in verbal and written English and French with the ability to express complex matters in simple terms, with strong presentation, preparation, and delivery skills to all levels of management
Demonstrable HR generalist background, with working knowledge of several HR functions with an emphasis on employee relations, compensation, staffing, and relevant employment law
Proven ability to consult on client needs and deliver customer-oriented solutions independently and within a team in a fast-paced international environment, using facilitation, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated project management & leadership skills – scoping, stakeholder management, communication, project rigor, prioritization and delivery
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-layered, cross-functional projects with remote stakeholders at various levels of the organization
You might also have:
Fully qualified CIPD strongly preferred
Certified in Lean Six Sigma or similar Process Optimization Methodology to optimize, automate and outsource our HR processes, driving continued compliance and speed of execution to meet client needs
International Technology industry experience
Organization Design expertise
Consulting experience
