We are looking for an HR Contracts Advisor reporting in to the AskHR & Contracts Manager who will focus on contract generation and distribution for employees across the Network. Responsible for robust checking in order to increase contract and letter accuracy and to support the Team manager in driving improvements in this area.
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and distribution of contracts and letters for both UK and Europe. Providing HR transactional and support services to business customers and stakeholders against People Services Performance Metrics.
Responsible for robust checking and governance on all crew contracts and letters.
Responsible for ensuring collateral for HR Service Centre contract generation are kept up to date and refreshed for changes. Ensure that knowledge transfer and upskilling is carried out for the Service Centre Advisors to maximise the issues/queries being resolved at FPOC and reducing CofE involvement.
Work on contract production improvement projects on behalf of the HR Service Centre to maximise data integrity and contract production accuracy.
Manage contract template governance activity and provide user acceptance sign off for appropriate template changes on behalf of the Service Centre and HR customers.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for robust processes and checking within the team to maximise contract and letter accuracy
Responsible for regular reviews to ensure accurate contract data held on Workday and People Records
Responsible for any required contractual investigation and corrections
Responsible for driving contract accuracy and automation by working closely with HR Performance and Improvement team
Responsible for ensuring data is processed in accordance with the data protection act and/or GDPR
BAU and project ownership delivery
Please note this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

High volume administration experience
Workday knowledge
Confident and credible as the face of HR to the business, HR stakeholders and team members
Experience of conflict resolution principles and practices
Customer focused individual able to deal with people at all levels in the business
Ability to challenge tactfully and to build capability to self-serve
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Excellent IT skills (Office, Sharepoint. Right Now)
Ability to search database, find information and share this in a customer friendly way to enable the client to resolve their issue at speed
Attention to detail
Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining the customer service standards
Process orientated – design and management
Strong and broad knowledge of HR processes and policies
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
