Lakeside is seeking to add another Talent Acquisition Specialist to the team! Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization and will achieve hiring objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, communicating with hiring managers and responsible for creating and managing a seamless onboarding program. In addition, this role will assist with human resources projects and as well administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties such as HRIS, training & development on an as needed basis. Primary Responsibilities

• Partner with, consult with and advise hiring managers throughout the entire talent acquisition lifecycle
• Lead the sourcing, qualifying, interviewing, evaluation, and offer negotiation process
• Create unique ways to source candidates including internet sourcing, social networking, driving employee referrals, cold-calling and attending networking events
• Strive to provide each applicant with a highly positive candidate experience regardless of ultimate outcome
• Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting processes
• Perform special projects as required

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience sourcing, assessing, recruiting and closing candidates at all levels of an organization
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, G&A, Tech, or Tech Services organization
• Proven success delivering recruiting results in a fast-paced, demanding, high growth environment
• Proficiency and experience with ATS systems
• Excellent sourcing skills, with the ability to creatively use all resources available to network and find passive candidates
• Ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates & hiring managers while keeping customer service as a priority
• Knowledge of hiring practices and employment laws
• Experience creating compelling position descriptions that attract top talent to our organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintains candidate and information in HRIS and ATS
• Performs internal customer service to employee and stakeholders’ requests and questions
• Assists in HR various projects
