Based in South-West London
We are currently recruiting for a stand-alone HR Manager/Talent Manager for a multi award-winning tech PR agency based in the SW London area. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished, progressive HR generalist manager with an SME or agency background
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will be a HR generalist who can recommend and implement strategic improvements but is also willing to undertake some routine and administrative tasks.
CIPD HR qualification desirable however candidates who are qualified by experience will also be considered
A self-starter with previous experience within a standalone HR role would be desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Zoom and IRIS HR professional (or equivalent online tools)
Possess excellent communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively under pressure
Marketing / PR/ Creative agency background would be useful but not essential
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment, this will include liaison with external recruiters, booking interviews, briefing writings tasks, providing job offer packs
Inductions, this will involve managing and implementing the new starter process, progress and probation feedback
Training, setting up HRIS system managing internal and external training requirements
Responsible for maintenance of the Ambition Mentor Programme
Appraisals
Employee relations, regular check-ins with people/values/culture team and managing and performing exit interviews, managing employee surveys and training awards
Setting up new staff on IRIS HR including payroll and pensions management
Updating current staff records and logging all formal letters and notices
Maintaining the company’s standard policy documents including the main employment contract (in liaison with employment lawyer)
Assist in the creation of an apprenticeship scheme
