RSK Group Hiring for HR Systems Co-ordinator (back-end administration)(home-based) at United Kingdom Full Time

In response to continued growth across RSK and the shift to a more system-based focus to drive efficiencies across the business, we have created a new role for an experienced HR Systems (back end administration) Co-ordinator to join our rapidly evolving team. Whist you will be part of the wider HR team, your focus will be on developing the core HR system in line with the ongoing demands of the business. The work will be largely project based and would ideally suit someone with previous experience developing systems in the back end, ideally with an HR focus.

This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week, which can be home based. Due to the geographical spread of our offices, travel across the UK and possibly overseas may also be required from time to time.

More specifically you will be required to:
maintain and create data field in the back end and develop the systems workflows to help automate business processes

deliver demos of the system capability to new users / senior management to increase engagement

roll the system out to new user groups both in the UK and overseas, to support the continued growth of the business

develop reporting and maintenance of scheduled reports for senior managers and to feed into third party systems

provide training to end users to understand and navigate the system effectively

Essential experience

Previous experience working with the back end HR systems, ideally Cascade

Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels
