Job description

This is an entry level job, our production works on each employee completing one piece from start to finish and if done properly there is a bonus associated with that piece. Steps are, learning to mix cement, learning to prepare moulds for casting, casting, sanding, polishing, and repairing and sealing. All skills that we train for 3 months. Our product is sold into the highest end retailers throughout North America and Europe, and those contracts are for years.

We want you to have a positive attitude, be attentive to detail, be accountable to your piece, to learn, and to develop new techniques. We are a team, you must be part of that team. Some tool experience is useful, not necessary. You must be reliable, punctual.

Hours are somewhat flexible, weekends are available if that is all you can work.
