We’re looking for a Talent Insights Analyst to join our growing Talent Analytics team. You will report to the Manager, Talent Analytics. You will partner with Recruiting leadership to provide analysis and visualisations of core metrics for the health of the TA function and our progress to hiring goals. This will have the aim of improving our recruiting performance. You will use data to set benchmarks and metrics for our recruiting strategies.
The impact you will have:
- Work on the talent analytics strategy by delivering reports & data visualisations for all teams globally.
- Lead projects within the Talent Analytics Team to build a foundation of capabilities for the TA Team that educate and empower them with advanced analytic methods and insights.
- Educate leaders and improve our decisions that support the strategic talent goals.
- Design and automate self-service dashboards to ensure our leadership have easy access to the right information when monitoring organisational health and making talent decisions.
- Lead projects related to reporting, data hygiene, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with the recruiting team to advocate for the core data integrity necessary to provide relevant insights.
What we look for:
- 1+ years insights and data analysis experience, in the people or TA functions
- Experience with SQL, Excel (can perform complex functions) , and data visualisation tools (such as Tableau)
- Experience with an ATS or HRIS system (such as Greenhouse or Workday)
