HR Coordinator

A HR Coordinator is required to support and own key business processes whilst ensuring excellent support to Managers and colleagues. Responsive, diligent and customer focused at all times. You will provides key metrics to assist the evolution of people processes & strategy.

As a key Member of the HR team reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will own, progress and support a number of key HR activities in this exciting, evolving business. Working to improve and implement a number of projects, willing to enhance own skills and knowledge by being flexible and agile in the approach to your duties.

As HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the HR team with the process of recruitment, including candidate interviews, vetting candidates, holding recruitment centres, issuing employment contracts and coordinating the logistics for new hire orientations at 2 locations in the UK
• Support the on-boarding process for new hires across 2 locations
• Support the exit process for employees leaving the business across 2 locations
• Process & manage all employee records including but not limited to new starters, leavers, contract adjustments, payroll entry and talent management.
• Responsible for the employee central mailbox including resolving queries in an efficient and professional manner
• Support Managers with up-to-date knowledge of internal HR processes and Policies to aid decision making
• Write and submit management information reports
• Responsible for administering health surveillance/occupational health referrals
• Assisting and contributing to HR projects including HRIS implementation & roll out and the wider people strategy deployment
• Attend HR workshops and seminars to keep abreast of any changes within the remit of the HR discipline
• Seek to continuously improve ways of working to enhance the employee experience

The ideal HR Coordinator should:

• Be Degree qualified (HRM) or equivalent, CIPD Level 5 qualified or willing to work towards
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Have strong knowledge of the hiring process
• Be and advanced user of MS Office packages
• Be an experienced HRIS user – ADP / Oracle / SAP Success Factors
• Possess a HR Administration background – knowledge of HR functions & best practices
• Have excellent problem solving skills
• Be highly organised and pays attention to detail
