SEAM Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Coordinator Job at Remote Full Time

Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition and Sourcing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative operations supporting the recruitment of candidates into the organization. This role works closely with the overall HR team and interacts daily with both internal and external stakeholders. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is in many ways “the face” of SEAM Group to potential candidates.

Location: Position is remote but candidates located in Cleveland, OH or Indianapolis, IN is preferred

• Assists with full lifecycle recruitment; job posting, candidate sourcing and assessment, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates based on hiring needs
• Collaborates with the HR team and hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
• Conducts initial screenings (both via resume and phone) to identify applicants that meet the minimum requirements of the position and assess their fit for the role and the organization
• Coordinates telephone, virtual, and onsite interviews between candidates and hiring managers across the organization
• Sources passive candidates for open jobs utilizing job boards and social media as needed
• Maintains the team shared drive to include updating templates, archiving documents, etc.
• Prepares offer letters for candidates
• Coordinates and completes all pre-employment screening processes including background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks of candidates
• Collaborates with HR team members to ensure a consistent and positive hiring experience for candidates, new hires, and hiring managers
• Networks and builds relationships with candidates and clients at all levels
• Maintains candidate information in Applicant Tracking System and internal records
• Assists with the creation of weekly recruiting reports for management detailing candidate status and estimated time to fill open positions
• Performs any other duties and projects as assigned

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using and adapting to changing technology; experience working with an applicant tracking system is a plus
• Strong customer service skills, and comfortability on the phone screening candidates
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
• Ability to move with a sense of urgency and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle personal information with discretion, sensitivity, and confidentiality

Education and Experience: * At least 1 years of talent acquisition or candidate recruiting experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $48,000.00 per year
