About the role

We are currently looking for a Training Developer to join our team based in Oakey in a permanent full time position. In this role you will be responsible for the maintenance of the ARH Computer Based Training (CBT) content and system including the design, development and implementation of updates to the CBT to maintain alignment with the aircraft configuration. Reporting to the Team Lead Courseware Management for administrative and performance management matters, you will be embedded within the Army Aviation Training Branch with daily tasking from the appointed military manager.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need to live the Airbus Values, work with passion and determination, able to work to tight deadlines in an environment of continuous improvement. The skills and experience suited to this role:

• 1 – 3 years’ experience and demonstrated knowledge of training in a Defence Learning environment
• 1 – 3 years’ experience with multi-media design, development and implementation using Adobe Creative Suite or similar software
• Working knowledge of military aviation training regulations, standards and best practices
• Experience in people and resource management, managing competencies/certifications and working in a united team in the achievement of measurable results and strategic objectives
• Hold either a TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, qualifications obtained as detailed within Defence ATI1-2/17 and 1-3/17, or a contemporary equivalent in accordance with national instructor and assessor guidelines
• Multi-media design and development qualification or relevant experience
