We are hiring for our Senior Protection division, which provides a Mobile Personal Emergency Response System

Responsibilities include:
Maintain and grow business by providing strong customer service relations

Process sales orders through our accounting software

Verify order quantity, pricing and delivery times

Arrange shipping as required

Communicate with customers on a timely basis regarding their orders and deliveries

Communicate with sales team regarding customer orders as required

Work with the Inventory and Customer Service Manager to ensure that sufficient product is available

Provide administrative support as required to our sales team

Provide back up support and vacation coverage to customer service team

Provide other support as required

Requirements:
Strong communication skills

Strong administrative skills

Able to multi-task

Previous customer service experience is not required but is a strong asset

Pay Range- $15- $17 per hour

Eligible for a review after probation
