How you will help us to make Zzoomm awesome…
Your main role will be to undertake outreach to candidate pools to allow us to build communities of talented candidates for roles we will be hiring against both this and next year. This is a home-based role and we will provide a LinkedIn Recruiter licence alongside access to job boards.
Who will guide me….
You will report to the Regional Recruitment Business Partner daily and join briefing calls with hiring managers.
A day in the life of …

• You will be actively building candidate pools for us that support our regional development and work alongside the Recruitment Team to ensure we have candidate pipeline against all live roles.
• Working from our ATS (Teamtailor) you will populate candidates into roles, carry out initial screening of each one to determine fit and salary requirements and if necessary, book them into meet with the Zzoomm leadership teams.
• You will be managed daily and expect to be talking to and registering at least 10 candidates per day.
• It is essential that you maintain regular contact with candidates to check their availability for work, their requirements, and to answer any initial questions they may have about a role.
• You will co-ordinate interviews and ensure both candidates and interviewers feedback post their discussions ensuring we have completed the right to work checks.

What we need you to have….

• More than 1 years in an in-house talent resourcing role within our Industry or a closely aligned one.
• You will need relevant market knowledge so general recruitment skills are great to haves but essentially you will know our industry and be able to recognise high quality talent within it.
• A great track record in managing candidate talent pools.
• Networks within our industry and a good-sized LinkedIn community that you can talk to about opportunities within Zzoomm.
• A creative mindset and a positive can-do attitude.
• Good MS Office and google suite experience.

• Network effectively to build referral and candidate attraction channels.
• Organise your own resources to ensure efficient and effective candidate messaging.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts within our ATS
• Report daily on progress capturing any information that Is relevant to our activity.
• Work collaboratively and with a common goal in mind.
