If so, Chubbies is looking for a badass Sr. Manager – Owned Messaging who will be responsible for our top notch email and SMS channels. The Sr. Manager – Owned Messaging will steer the ship on day to day product emails, as well as enhance current messaging strategies.  Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of radical product and operations shorts enthusiasts to ensure channel calendars are up to date. Duties and responsibilities

• Responsible for all email and SMS activities, including planning, execution and analysis
• Manage the handoff from operations and merchandising to ensure our messaging calendar is accurate, up to date and optimized for top performance
• Optimize our email builds and templates to ensure we are utilizing best in class features
• Help continue to grow our SMS subscribers and expand our SMS strategies
• Utilize our CRM to build sophisticated segmentation, personalization, and behavioral strategies to maximize performance.
• Monitor email metrics, click through rates, and revenue numbers

Qualifications

• 7 + years in marketing with 3+ years in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
• 2+ years managing direct reports
• Build and manage small team
• Establish goals and metrics for email and SMS channels
• Experience using Klaviyo and Attentive or other ESP and SMS systems
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for product imagery
• Extremely organized with a passion for details
• Knowledge in Google Analytics
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
