Key Responsibilities

• To accurately record and process financial transactions into the company’s finance system including supplier invoices, purchase claims, invoices for fee for service activities and government contracted services.
• To provide back up to the Accounts Team and Payroll as required.
• Providing administrative services that support the achievement of company and unit objectives.
• Involvement in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required
• Be an active part of a team
• Work safely

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years’ demonstrated experience and knowledge of accounts payable, and accounts receivable using a computerised accounting system.
• High level of attention to detail.
• A strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirements.
• Excellent professional presentation, time management, verbal and written communication skills and positive work attitude.
• Strong administration and computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Excel and database systems.
• Ability to work as part of a team and learn new skills

Desirable

• Certificate IV in Business Administration
• Experience in the use of Technology One software.
• Payroll experience
