The Red Balloon ELC Hiring for Infant/Toddler Teacher at Carnegie, PA Full Time

The Red Balloon Early Learning Center is looking for kind, positive, and hard working teachers who are ready to provide an exceptional educational experience. Our teachers are required to have previous experience in child care and to be aware of developmentally appropriate practices.

The Red Balloon is a Keystone Stars center and the classrooms follow a creative curriculum.

A Lead Teachers responsibility would include: creating curriculums and lesson plans, following all Keystone Stars protocols, assessing the children, keeping up with classroom paperwork, contacting parents, as well as educating and nurturing the children.

An Assistant Teachers responsibility would include: assisting in executing the curriculums and lesson plans, following all Keystone Stars protocols, as well as educating and nurturing the children.

All of our teachers have the opportunity to receive a Child Development Associates Degree while working at The Red Balloon. We also provide competitive wages based on experience and performance.
