We have tranisitioned the recruitment team to one where our TA Business Partners are ahead of the curve and driving conversations around new talent. You’ll be working with clients to work out talent plans, forecast recruitment needs, and create talent pools for key roles. Then you’ll bring your sourcing skills and natural affinity for marketing to help easyJet find, engage and hire people who’ll thrive here. The functions are across IT, Technology, Cyber and Data space – however, you will come with experience across all head office hiring (at a partner level).

So you’ll need to be very comfortable rolling up your sleeves. Equally, you’ll be working with some of our most senior leaders in the business, so you’ll need the confidence and credibility to earn their trust.

Requirements of the Role
Proven delivery in a Recruitment Business Partner position providing strategic advice to stakeholders and HR Business Partners
A track record of successfully business partnering for head office functions.
Experience of working in an direct-sourcing led in-house or RPO environment, where you’ve been responsible for supporting a demanding client group.
Cast iron stakeholder management skills. There are a lot of smart, feisty people in these client groups, and you’ll need to hold your own – and be able to influence their thinking and their actions.
A history of championing candidate experience and making sure candidates get the VIP treatment they deserve.
Sourcing expertise with a proven record of tracking down high quality candidates for difficult to fill roles.
Experience of delivering employer branding plans and content for your client groups.
A high degree of social media savviness.
A slight obsession with data. Whether it’s tracking your own performance or using data to better advise your client, we place a high value on facts and figures.
An international mindset. You’ll have experience of hiring in mainland Europe, and not just the UK.
