We are Pre-IPO healthcare tech company seeking a highly experienced financial executive who has extensive experience in financial operations of a national healthcare organization.

Prefer executive with experience in M&A and as CFO of a public corporation.

Our model is substantially focused on healthcare technology, remote patient management and telehealth. Our strategy is to build one of the largest technology enabled healthcare organizations in the United States. As a public company, we expect to grow through programmatic merger and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with roadshows and speaking with private and institutional investors.

Required Education & Experience:

• CPA preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience as a CFO in a national healthcare organization.
• Merger and acquisition experience is required.
• Must have experience in capital markets, building stories, packing deals, and large capital raises
• Sox and reporting experience a major plus.
• Extensive experience in all aspects of medical billing, insurance, and CMS.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical law.
• Experience with administrative and accounting procedures.
• Proven track record of leadership role as CFO
• Strong attention to detail with high-level vision to meet deadlines.

Compensation includes a lucrative stock grant and option package.

First 90 days is deferred compensation with equity grant.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $225,000.00 – $350,000.00 per year
