1099 Contract

Remote, 10-20 hours/ week

The American Bankers Association (ABA) is seeking an ISD developer to convert and migrate Articulate Storyline courses from existing course materials. You will be responsible for editing and transferring course materials according to specific standards and guidelines. An ideal candidate has at least 4 years in ISD course development, a portfolio demonstrating mastery of Articulate Storyline, a high degree of detail orientation, strong editorial skills, and a command of the technical details of course building and migration.

Responsibilities

• Build eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline according to template specifications

• Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration

• Ensure courses meet ABA standards for format and eLearning experience

• Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively

• Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and accuracy

• Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, instructional technology, or a similar field

• 4+ years experience designing and developing eLearning for adults

• Portfolio of Articulate Storyline eLearning development

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop

• Track record in managing time effectively to complete multiple projects on time and according to standards

• Demonstrated ability to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to design creative, engaging interactions for adult learners

• Ability to effectively work with a multifunctional and geographically dispersed team

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work proactively and with minimal supervision

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 – $65.00 per hour
