Job description
Recruiting for a Training Coordinator to join our team at Westminster!
GBP 24,545 per annum, working 35 hours per week, plus 25 days Annual Leave, Pension schemes, Staff discounts, healthcare and more.
Job Overview:
The Training Coordinator supports the delivery of the Learning & Development offer to staff in Operations and Central Services, by management of a variety of coordinating and administrative tasks. This includes practical administration of commissioning and facilitation of training events, the induction and onboarding process, and the running of the Learning Management System.
The L&D team anticipate a periodic job rotation between the Training Coordinator and the Talent Coordinator, to provide development opportunities to staff in both roles.
