The Recruitment team is very well regarded and its focus is on direct hiring. Therefore, we are looking for someone with experience of this who wants to make an impact on the success of the firm moving forwards through the introductions they make. The team currently consists of a Head of Recruitment, 4 Recruitment Managers, a Talent Acquisition Advisor, 3 Resourcers and 2 Administrators, and forms part of the wider HR team. This role is initially for a 12 month fixed term period.
What to expect
Manage an efficient end to end recruitment process for business support and Legal Professional vacancies in Belfast and where required, Mainland UK offices, including vacancy briefings, sourcing of candidates, telephone screenings, interview bookings and offer process
Utilise a variety of direct recruitment tools available, from direct approaches to job boards, LinkedIn and social media to identify, engage candidates with specific skill sets through an efficient process and sharing the details of those identified with the miring manager
Carry out research to market map for roles and maintain up to date information
Conduct HR induction from time to time
Interview scheduling and co-ordination
Help develop the employer brand and look into new ways to improve the talent pool of candidates, keeping the potential pool of candidates warm and engaged using interactive communication
Liaise with Managing Partner and Head of Departments to discuss recruitment
Build individual and firm brand across social media platforms
Utilise the ATS (Rec ) to its full potential, ensuring accurate recording of information
Provide support to Fee earner and Early Careers teams if needs arise in Belfast
A bit about you
Proven experience of working in a recruitment environment, agency or in-house
Experience within a legal recruitment agency, professional services or law firm environment
Proven track record of researching/ resourcing direct candidates for all roles regardless of level using tools such as LinkedIn, Job Boards and other relevant channels
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels in the firm
Self-motivated and works well independently
A positive attitude in line with the values of Fieldfisher
Ability to prioritise workload and to balance varied requirements
A full understanding and appreciation of maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well as part of a small team and promotion of the team to internal clients
